Spotless room, modern bathroom, with excellent wi-fi that made connecting easy and convenient luggage storage that allowed for a stress-free arrival after my late flight.

My experience was quite troubling. The reception hours were drastically reduced, leaving me with no real support at crucial times. I struggled with the contactless check-in process, which was poorly organized, and my entry codes stopped working after the first day, leaving me locked out for quite some time. Furthermore, I was disturbed at night by an unreliable air conditioning unit that beeped continuously, significantly disrupting my sleep, and there was a lack of proper communication regarding these issues from the staff.

Absolutely loved my stay! ! So convenient and budget-friendly, such a charming retreat.

stayed at attache l contactless check-in for 6 nights and enjoyed my time. the location was great, very close to the city center, with easy tram access. the excellent staff was super helpful. my double room had a comfortable bed and a nice bath with a good shower. breakfast was quite good too.

The shower was decent, though I’m not sure why it felt a bit cramped next to the bed. I appreciated how quickly staff resolved a fridge issue when I arrived – I really needed it for my drinks. However, it's worth noting the public transport stop was shut down during my visit, making trips into the center a bit of a trek. The halls were a bit dodgy with a strong smell of cannabis. It felt a bit disappointing compared to what I expected from the photos online. Overall, while the room was good, the outside noise and unreliable transport were major downsides.
